The Enquiry Page provides a function to check if a client has previously been with your organisation by checking either the phone number or the name and the option to carry out a class search.

If no match is found through the search the options to create a new member and/or to carry out a class search are provided.

If a multiple match is found all members are listed including the pupil name and birthday allowing to search through the displayed result for a possible match.
