The Pupil Page provides all the pupils information including his/her current booking. From here the pupil and the booking can be edited. A new pupil will have to be added through the Member Page.

In the Pupil Edit Page the fields marked by the red asterisk represent the minimum information required for each pupil.

For marketing and sponsorship purposes the school the pupil is attending can be recorded. The summary can be viewed through the statistic section of the program

The information entered in the "Notes" field will remain until deleted and is displayed in the class list. To make others aware that the child has special requirement is achieved by setting the "Ability" field to "Special Needs". This will change the "Age" field in the Home Page to orange.
